Former Cleveland Browns wide receiver Brian Brennan started the Golf Classic to raise money and awareness to support the homes and scholars of BHGH. This three-course event has evolved into one of the most successful and prestigious events in Northeast Ohio. Revenue from this event is a critical part of the BHGH annual operating budget. Over the past 27 years, the event has raised more than $3 million dollars to support the BHGH scholars and the three homes located on its Campus of Hope in Garfield Heights, Ohio.
